IMMEDIATE NEED for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant.  This position requires a positive personality who loves daily interaction with people, is a team player, and can easily multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  This position is in office, and will be full-time hours during our heavy tax seasons with part-time hours for the remainder of the year.  This position is scanning client tax files and documents, and assisting with other Admin and accounting assignments as needed.  During our heaviest months, it would include training and oversight of part-time seasonal employees.  A great opportunity for someone who wants a career opportunity in a family-friendly professional firm.

Qualifications:

– Experience working in a CPA firm with knowledge of tax forms is a plus.
– Proficient in MS Office.  Expertise in Word and Excel a must.
– Proficient in technology, word processing, and accounting with attention to detail.
– Self-starter, exude high energy, and the ability learn software quickly, and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with strict deadlines.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
