Diane Helms joined the Stancil team in 2006. Diane has over twenty years of experience performing audits for both public and private entities. Primarily her focus is on serving for-profits, not-for-profits, which include yellow book audits, and employee benefit plan audits.
Diane is currently serving on the planning committee for the NCACPA Employee Benefit Plans’ annual conference and is a recent Past-President of the Triangle Benefits Forum.
Diane is a graduate of Florida State University and earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. Licensed to practice in Florida and in North Carolina, she is a member of both the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
